44 mm thickness- Raw door leaf

• 3 mm HDF skin on each face + 38 mm extruded Sauerland tubular infill ( 38 RE7) + soft wood stiles and rails at moisture content of 12-15 %
• Door frames can be offered in softwood or hardwood as per customers specification.
• In addition, 1 strip of 15 mm x 2 mm graphite intumescent strip will be insulted on 3 sides on the door frame and 1 strip of 155mmx 2 mm Graphite intumescent strip in bottom side of the door leaf.
• Decorative overlay will be as per customers requirement.
• Finished door thickness will very based on overlay thickness.

54 mm thickness- Raw door leaf

• 6 mm HDF skin on each face + 42 mm extruded Sauerland tubular infill stiles and rails of hardwood (Density: 650 +/m3 at moisture content of 8-12 %)
• In addition, 1 strip of 20 mm x 2 mm graphite intumescent strip will be insulted on 3 sides on the door frame and 1 strip of 20 mmx 2 mm Graphite intumescent strip in bottom side of the door leaf.
• Decorative overlay will be as per customers requirement.
• Finished door thickness will very based on overlay thickness.
